The Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia has issued a new regulation aimed at improving the efficiency and accessibility of the country’s electronic visa systems—both the e-Visa and e-Arrival—under a unified ecosystem managed by the Government. This initiative includes a reduction in fees for certain visa categories, namely the e-Visa T and e-Visa E, starting January 1, 2025. The new policy further enhances Cambodia’s appeal as an affordable travel destination.
Revised e-Visa Fees:
e-Visa T: Previously USD 36, now reduced to USD 30. e-Visa E: Previously USD 42, now discounted to USD 35.
In addition to the e-Visa system, tourists can also opt for a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at any Cambodian entry point. This includes major land borders such as Poipet and Bavet, as well as international airports in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. The VOA process is straightforward, requiring only a valid passport, one passport-sized photo, and a visa fee in cash: USD 30 for a Tourist Visa and USD 35 for an Ordinary Visa. This convenient process allows visitors to choose their preferred entry point with ease.
